For months now our team has been hard at work on a new feature for our website, and I'm very excited to announce the expansion of our online product catalog! We're very pleased with it - and we think you will be too!

No longer just a display of our products, the new product catalog is a tool that can help you quickly find the products you're looking for, while recommending those you may not even be aware we offer! Some of the new features include:

• An intuitive search feature that recommends products and keywords as you type
• The ability to filter items by dietary restrictions - aspartame, gluten, kosher, and wheat - and search by product features - meal replacements, fiber, flavors and more.
• A suggestive list of products you may be interested in based upon your search results.

It still contains full color pictures, nutritional and dietary information, and a list of ingredients for all of our products - but it's so much more than that now. Just today I used it to pull up a list of all of our gluten free products - and I must say using this is definitely a lot easier than scanning through item by item in the old catalog.

Go to www.robard.com/catalog and take a look around. Leave a comment below and let me know what you think; your feedback is always welcome!

This is a really great idea. I believe it will help a lot of people get what they need to lose weight.

This is a great feature, but not accurate. I am a current patient using the meal replacements and I also have Celiac Disease and must remain completly gluten free. I looked at the items I could pull up that indicate they are gluten free, but some of them aren't. A couple of items, like the Creamy Chicken Soup include Soy Sauce, which is made from soy and *wheat* (one item even breaks this fact down in parentheses after the words "soy sauce," but still says it's gluten and wheat free). Other items indicate "modified food starch," which is not considered gluten free unless the "food" the starch is coming from can be identified...corn or potato starch are find, but wheat starch is a possiblity, so Celiac patients cannot have it.

I would love it if there was better information to confirm gluten free items that my medical clinic could have on hand (Obesity Treatment Center in Sacramento, CA), especially if identifying the "food starch" could actually allow me as a patient to have more options while on the diet.

Hi Genna -

Thank you for your feedback on our product catalog. I wanted to let you know that I have forwarded your post along to our lab and we are doing research into the issues that we brought up so that we can fix the catalog and present better information in the future.

Once we get the most up-to-date and correct information, we will be updating the product catalog.

Should you find any issues like this in the future, please feel free to let me know at kelli@robard.com. We greatly appreciate your feedback!

Thank you,
Kelli

Hello -

In response to Genna's feedback, we have done research into the product catalog to make sure we are providing the most accurate data possible.

We have gone through the products, and added a disclaimer to those that contain Modified Food Starch that reads, "Modified Food Starch does not come from wheat." It is our hope that by doing this, we've given you the information you need to make informed product decisions.

Genna, thank you for your feedback once again!

Please feel free to send me any feedback in the future about Robard products, our website, and our product catalog.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,
Kelli

Kelli - Thank you, your service is outstanding and I am very pleased to know I can choose the items that were previously off limits for me and others like me. I will pass this information on to the medical group that is treating me, so they can share the news with other patients!

However, I do need to offer you another note. There are a few items still pulling up as Wheat Free that contain Soy Sauce, which is made from Soy and Wheat. One item, the Cream of Chicken Soup w/ Vegetables pulls up under the Wheat Free search, but the ingredients fully display "Soy Sauce (Soybeans, Wheat, Salt)." The Creamy Chicken Soup also contains Soy Sauce.

Thanks again for all of your service to your customers!
